I appreciated the quick and efficient valet service. Saifudheen was very kind and professional upon my arrival. He greeted me with a warm smile and ensured everything was taken care of immediately. His cute manner really enhanced my visit.
The telephones in my room were not functioning when I first arrived. It took until late in the evening for someone to fix them. This delay was an inconvenience

the hotel was beautiful and so clean. the marble flooring in the lobbies and bathrooms was gorgeous. i appreciated the arab style throughout the hotel, it felt very authentic. i found the bed super comfortable with high-grade linens.
the air conditioning felt a little too warm in some public areas.

the breakfast buffet had a large selection of continental, european, middle-eastern and asian foods.
the room was not clean when i arrived. the carpet had obvious stains and hair all over it, i also noticed stains on the tissue boxes, mirrors, and even on the bathroom ceiling panel. the fact i had to tolerate the previous guests' dirt was very uncomfortable

i received a really lovely welcome even though i only stayed one night! saad showed kindness and arranged an upgrade when i needed to extend my stay. he kept a close eye on me during check-in and check-out. i was even offered fresh juice at the entrance, such a treat!
the tv did not work properly and there was a strange smell in the room. some of the staff seemed too busy, though it improved . hopefully, they can address these issues to ensure a better experience .

the rooms was cleaned daily. housekeeping was good. the location was excellent, it was easy to get to places i wanted to visit. yousef and angel did an amazing job at reception, they ensured i had a good check in experience.
the room was smelly, i noticed this upon entry. not all amenities for a five-star hotel was available. i had to call them multiple times for toothbrushes and slippers. the tv had no smart capabilities and only one english channel.

The check-in process was super smooth. I received a warm welcome. My room was very spacious. It had luxurious toiletries in the bathroom. Valet parking operated 24 hours, I found it helpful. I needed an extra bed around midnight, and it arrived in just 5 minutes.
The room service efficiency was not up to par. I hope they address this issue soon.

Breakfast had many options and the food tasted very good. I ate various items. The service of the F&B staff was very attentive. I particularly enjoyed the assistance from Raghu during breakfast.
